About Steve
Steve started his first business at the age of 21 when, ignoring everyone’s advice to become a lawyer, he followed his heart and set up a theatre production company that toured the UK and Europe for ten years performing everything from Shakespeare to acclaimed new writing.
Following the sale of that company in 2000, Steve started a boutique business consultancy advising professional firms on corporate comms and client acquisition. Early assignments with Andersen and HSBC were followed by multiple engagements in the legal sector. Steve and his team became in-demand coaches and facilitators across 4 continents, advising a range of law firms worldwide including Allen & Overy, Baker McKenzie and Shearman and Sterling.
Always a believer in diversifying income streams, Steve is also a seasoned property investor. He has bought, refurbished and sold multiple properties in both commercial and residential sectors and today owns a sizable portfolio.
Steve is also the author of two influential books – “Secrets of Influential People” (2009) and “Optimise – how to survive and thrive in professional life” (2020). These books offer a sneak peek into the mindset and strategies that successful professionals swear by.
